Cardio Cycling

Our famous bike classes are a great fat-burning 45 minute low impact bike workout which will burn maximum calories. Visualisation techniques enable the qualified instructors to take you further than you could replicate on an individual basis and help you explore your physical limits. Fantastic for toning bum, thighs and calves whilst improving heart & lung fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Bodypump

Simple, safe and effective resistance training exercises using barbells and adjustable weights. The class is set to powerful music in a friendly group environment. Bodypump will give you a memorable, results orientated workout which is excellent for increasing lean body muscle mass and improving muscle tone and definition.

Mums & babies

An enjoyable, safe and friendly exercise class for the post natal stage of pregnancy. Help your body get back into shape, concentrate on strengthening abs and back. Boost your body confidence.

Pilates

A holistic fitness class combining Yoga and Callisthenic techniques which are very good for improving posture and helping with back complaints. You will learn techniques to bring body, soul and mind into a state of harmony and balance.

Circuits

A great way to try new exercise moves that really work your body hard and push your fitness to a higher level. There are different classes for seniors and other levels. We also train local sports teams and school groups.

Cardio Boxing

Get the body that boxers have without the bruises! The training boxers use has been proven as one of the most effective ways of training and in a fun and different workout it can be used either to maintain or improve your fitness.

Bodycombat

An exhilarating aerobic martial arts sensation, Bodycombat is a complete all-body workout. Using powerhouse moves and stances developed from a range of self-defence disciplines including Karate, kickboxing and Tae Kwondo into a 'take-no-prisoners' adrenaline pumping routine. It is an empowering, athletic workout that will have you 'fighting fit' in record time.

Fencing

Come and enjoy high quality fencing instruction as part of a new club, "Swordplay" in Argyll. A former fencing champion will take you through a course of moves and all equipment is provided by the club.

Yoga

We teach the Iyengar system which focuses on alignment of the body through a graduated sequence of postures which encourage the body to become stronger and more supple. Yoga is suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities. Practiced regularly the circulatory, respiratory and nervous system can become healthier and better able to fight disease.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi offers a unique form of exercise that can be practiced by people of all ages and abilities. Practiced for health and relaxation, it has many benefits for the body and mind. Tai Chi will bring you more peace and make you feel more at ease in your everyday life.
