Gym and Facilities

We have a massive 3,000 ft² state of the art gym equipped by Precor, complete with treadmills, rowers, bikes and cross trainers. There is a huge range of resistance machines to give variety to your workouts and we also have cardio bikes for our famous nightly classes. Our spacious gym is always staffed by qualified members of our team. There is ice cold water to quench your thirst and red hot music to soothe your soul.

The studio has a sprung wooden floor and we have close to thirty classes a week from fencing to Bodypump to Tai chi. Many classes are included in the membership.

It's not all hard work at The Beach. We have a sumptuous spa area with a fibre-optic light luxury steam room and a large dry sauna. You can relax in our comfortable seated area and enjoy cold drinks whilst reading magazines.

We have a huge fully featured solarium from Helionova to safely give you that healthy 'just off the beach' tan.

Two private rooms provide the latest in beauty treatments from our professional beauty therapists and we also offer fantastic value sports or aromatherapy massages from our team of four massage therapists. You break it - we fix it!

We are known for our quality comprehensive fitness assessments and we care enough to provide you with the appropriate exercise routines tailored to your exact needs. There is also a GP Exercise Referral scheme at The Beach so ask your doctor to refer you!

After your workout or class enjoy a freshly squeezed juice drink or a healthy snack at the Ocean Bar, our friendly juice bar. Browse a great selection of sports and health related magazines in our fitness library.
